PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL BE A SMALL, PRACTICAL GROUP SESSION AND PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE MICROPHONES AND VIDEOS TURNED ON.

This short workshop is designed to give you a brief overview of practical tools to reduce stress by using your body and your breath. Not every breathing exercise is good for everyone. Explore various breathing methods and begin to understand how your breath responds and what you need to be able to breathe deeply. The online course is very interactive. You'll learn how to use your breath to energise yourself or how you use it to calm yourself down when you are feeling wound up.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Each workshop focuses on a particular skill for business professionals and will offer quick-fire communication techniques to suit the group. We provide the tools to embed these practical techniques immediately. The sessions will be interactive in nature. As the sessions are focused on communication skills, participants will be required to switch on their microphone and camera. This way the tutor will be able to give personalised feedback in a constructive and positive framework.
