OPENHOUSE: Exploring sobriety

As we enter 2021, join us as we explore how to start the year without the booze.

In this workshop. we go through Louise's experience with drinking over the years, how it took her to rock bottom, and how nearly 3 years of sobriety since have opened up a whole new world to happiness and self-development.

In this workshop, we will explore:

• How to analyse your own relationship with drinking;

• Understanding the psychology between drinking and escapism;

• How to test sobriety and set your boundaries;

• How to communicate to others why you are exploring sobriety;

• How your relationships may change without alcohol;

• Helpful tricks and tips regarding building a life without alcohol; as well as

• The totally unexpected benefits of sobriety!

On a mission to develop next-generation therapy, Louise and Dr Helene are here with Series 1 of OPENHOUSE to dive deep and explore and foster real, honest and open communication, whilst providing you with a space for OPENHOUSE visitors to self-reflect, learn and grow. From friends and family, to pressure in today's society, destructive habits, perfectionism, daddy issues, bad boyfriends and sobriety, everything is up for discussion!

With 1 in 4 people being diagnosed with a mental health disorder at some point in their lifetime, we need to pick up the pace on talking now more than ever.

This is OPENHOUSE and everyone is invited.
