What is the class?
A slow fluid yoga class suitable for all levels. Expect to flow with the breath and movement. This is a strong steady practice followed by deep stretches.
- 5 minute connection to the breath and warming up the body
- 30 minutes of Vinyasa Flow - a steadily paced sequence of asanas that flow from one to another linking breath with movement. Each pose is held for 3 to 5 breaths.
- 10 minutes slowing the class to end with some deeper stretch poses and finishing in savasana..
