A fun and invigorating lunch-time class via Zoom that will leave you feeling motivated and energised.
What is the class?
This total body workout will focus on cardiovascular and bodyweight strength-based exercises, designed to help you maintain your fitness and strength, as well as provide a reprieve from work during a busy day!
What do you need?
You’ll need to clear some free space around you to perform the workout. We also advise you have a mat/towel on hand which will be used for floor exercises and a bottle of water so you can stay hydrated.
Myles is a qualified Level 2 & 3 personal trainer and lifestyle coach. Myles bio-mechanically assesses every individual to gauge what structural imbalances are present as well as taking time to understand individual client needs. He then designs a bespoke program that will enable his clients to become fitter, stronger and healthier. Myles focuses on the functional side of training and the main 6 functional patterns: squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, unilateral and core stability, believing that a program designed around these enables your body to thrive through what it undergoes in day-to-day life.
Myles' ethos is centered around the belief that fitness is a lifestyle, not a short-term fix. He is passionate about helping individuals better themselves and achieve their goals in a fun and enjoyable environment.
