An open therapy session exploring how childhood defines who we are today.

Our childhood experiences make us who we are but if the coping mechanisms we develop in childhood and adolescence are left unchecked, they can begin to hold us back in our adult lives.

Join Louise Rumball and Dr Helene Laurent-Oliver for a live therapy session where we'll better understand the impact our childhood can have on us - whilst Louise shares her own triumphs and regrets along the way.

Louise is on a mission to change the face of therapy, removing the stigma attached and making it accessible to everyone, regardless of financial position. In her open therapy sessions, Louise and her therapist look at subjects which have effected most people in some way.

Helene is an accredited Clinical Psychologist who trained at Oxford University and Royal Holloway University of London. Her research examined psychological well-being and, more specifically, how to set goals that enhance personal meaning.

Helene has worked in the NHS and private practice treating a number people suffering from mental health difficulties such as stress and anxiety, panic and obsessive-compulsive disorders. She specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Inter-Personal Psychotherapy for depression and systemic work. Helene’s mission is to share the best psychological resources with the greatest number of people so that everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. HCPC Registration number: PYL33621
