FAQs

Fora’s focus on design and productivity means all of our spaces are equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable, connected and inspired. Your Team Pass office will include a desk and an ergonomic chair for every member of your team. Each desk will have a minimum of two plug sockets and two USB charging ports. All offices are lockable and close to artfully-designed shared breakout areas. The concierge team will show you to the nearest kitchen where you’ll find complimentary T2 tea and espresso coffee, milk, snacks, fridges, dishwashers, crockery and cutlery.

Yes, we are happy to welcome fury friends of all shapes and sizes. The only location which does not allow pets is Old Street.

 

Yes, babies and children are welcome at Fora. There are no specific baby-changing facilities but we can provide alternative private space such as changing rooms or accessible washrooms.

Yes, all Fora buildings are wheelchair accessible.

Yes, our spaces can absolutely support semi-remote teams. When booking a meeting room with us, you’ll find everything you need for a smooth and productive get-together. Audio and video conferencing facilities, smart TV, wireless screen projection, USB rapid charging and complimentary drinks as standard. If you need a whiteboard or flipchart, simply ask at the time of booking.

Yes, this will be taken into consideration when allocating the ideal Team Pass space. Fora also has comprehensive cleaning and safety protocols in place, as advised by our medical partners (more detail below).

Yes, you can add additional products for the day at our usual Resident rates. A member of team can talk you through these prices at time of booking. We would request a card payment to be made for the extra space and facilities that you’re interested in.

Not at the moment. However, we will assist with all food deliveries that you organise yourself and will provide cutlery, serving plates and anything else you might need for your team’s breakfast or lunch. We can also provide tea and coffee at no extra cost.

We ask for payment via bank transfer up to 7 working days before your booking (terms in T&Cs). If no payment has been made by 3 working days prior, we will take a card payment over the phone or at the concierge desk.

 

The safety of our Residents, guests and team is our priority. As such, we have created a comprehensive set of protocols in collaboration with our medical advisors. We call it the New Standard.

The New Standard includes important key measures: social distancing, protective face coverings and hand washing stations. But our approach also includes thermal imaging, increased airflow through state-of-the-art ventilation, as well as additional wellness and healthcare services. We have super-fast fibre connectivity with high-speed 10Gbps (download/upload) and a dedicated wireless bandwidth of 25Mbps (download/upload) per device.

Team Pass Residents may invite guests to a Fora workspace for meetings or events. The maximum number of guests should match the maximum capacity of the reserved meeting room or event space.

With a Team Pass membership, you’ll book a dedicated space within one of our workspaces, close to major transport hubs – check out the map above. All of our spaces have secure, off-street bike storage with wet rooms, showers, bike pumps and puncture repair kits – the perfect set up if you commute by bike. And we have an exclusive partnership with Brompton whereby our Residents receive a special price on their bicycle subscription service and can hire our in-house Bromptons for up to eight hours.

Teams are two persons or more. We charge on a per-person basis for office access, and on a per-room or venue basis for meeting rooms and event space.
