Our spaces, service, design and tech ensure the wellbeing of your business, people and culture, while the flexibility of terms ensures you’re controlling financial risk. We do everything we can to free you to focus on your business success.
We source furniture and fittings direct from leading designers to create comfortable, productive spaces. And our walls carry work from some of the most exciting emerging artists.

We invest in ultra-high speed connectivity, RFID-controlled access to facilities, sound-masking, wireless meeting room AV and other technologies to leave our Residents free focus on their business, not on the tech.
Our gyms, personal trainers, fully appointed washrooms and healthy, balanced nutrition options integrate health and wellbeing into the working day.
Free networking events, training sessions and workshops, and the Fora app, bring our Residents together encouraging the crossover of ideas, peer support and productive relationships.
All of the above helps you love your work, perform at the top of your game and advance your career.
The Fora Story
Fora was founded by a global hotel management executive and a London experience entrepreneur with a mission to redefine what the term workspace can mean. Headed by Enrico Sanna (former Managing Director at Deutsche Bank) and Katrina Larkin (co-founder of The Big Chill Festival), Fora wants to reimagine our office experience by employing premium hotel-style service and design, innovative technology and a curated approach to resident activity.
Enrico Sanna explains “Working on the banks hospitality portfolio I learned about the value of great service in modern hotels but my perception was that the office, where we spend most of our time, was still stuck in the last century. The Fora vision is to revolutionise the office, in part using the principles of customer experience that I learned in the world of hotels.”
Katrina Larkin adds “Throughout my career I have sought to elevate people’s experience of leisure time, opening their minds to new expectations, and I believe that work time is crying out for the same kind of creativity and innovation. The Fora approach encompasses everything from the physical design of the space to the curation of people and experiences.”
The two were introduced by Brockton Capital, investor behind Camden Lock, Curzon Street and Realpubs, and thanks to Brockton backing, Fora has acquired 10 locations in the last 12 months. This leaves it uniquely placed in the sector since owning its properties outright means that Fora can offer a level of flexibility and guest input that is unrivalled amongst workspace providers.
