Channel Manager

Purpose of the role

As a Channel Manager you will be the first point of contact for sales queries, potential Residents, and partners. You will nurture leads, pitch Fora offering in line with client requirements and maximise viewings across our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Direct and Broker & Agent Channels, splitting time across both based on business need.
  • First point of call for new enquiry calls, either routing to the correct department or maintain ownership to nurture lead.
  • Contact new enquiries within targeted time, convert to conversation or viewing booked stage.
  • Qualify customer requirements directly with prospects and/or Broker Agent representatives.
  • Clearly pitch Fora residency options and guide customers via phone and email.
  • Continuously nurturing and managing pipeline of live leads.
  • Build strong working relationships with Broker Agent partners.
  • Arrange viewings between customer and Fora Sales representative, manage diary & logistics.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends & requirements at weekly sales meeting.
  • Present collated results of outbound efforts & customer responsiveness at bi-weekly meetings with Sales Development Manager.
  • Outbound efforts to reschedule cancelled & no-show viewings, manage these clients to maximise monthly viewings.
  • Data input, ensure lead and viewing records are updated accordingly.

The ideal person:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a great telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment towards a shared goal.
  • Previous experience in a Sales or Real Estate role preferential.
  • Ability to work in a fast past environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Versatile and open-minded with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience using a CRM would be preferred.
