If you are arriving by Bike, we have a secure bike storage you are welcome to use.
Routes 43 and 141 stop right outside. Alternatively, you can take a service to London Bridge, it is a short walk from there.

When is the space bookable?
Our event space is available for bookings seven days a week, from 7 am until late.
What is included in the venue hire?
• Exclusive hire of the event space itself
• An experienced event team to help design and deliver your event to the highest standard
• On-site concierge assistance on the day
• In-house AV: Wi-Fi, screen share through Wi-Fi or cable to projector or on a large TV screen, clicker for presentation, in-house audio or speakers, handheld microphones
Do you offer charity rates?
We offer a 15% venue hire discount for UK Registered Charities.
Do you have a loading bay?
The venue is located on a red route, which means there is no assigned loading bay directly outside the building. You can load and unload any necessary deliveries via the main access door/concierge.
Is there parking nearby?
There is paid on-street parking in nearby Swan Street. Fora - Borough is within the London Congestion Change zone. An alternative option would be to use https://www.justpark.com/.
Can you accept deliveries ahead of the event date?
We can accept small deliveries prior to the event if it is pre-arranged with a member of the Fora events team. Any items delivered must be collected within 24 hours after the event. Any deliveries outside of this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Is the space fully accessible?
The event space is completely accessible with via two lifts which open directly into the venue. There are also accessible toilets located on the same floor
What are the lift dimensions?
The event space has two lifts, both are the following dimensions:

- Depth 139cm
- Width 109cm
Can you offer food and drinks packages along with the venue hire?
We have a preferred catering company that can provide a wonderful selection of food and drinks; from bowl food and canapes, to breakfast spreads and afternoon teas. You are welcome to use a different catering company or organise your own food and drinks (additional charges may apply).
