This charming event space, housed within the late 19th century Greencoat Place, was originally home to the warehousing storerooms and food halls of the Army and Navy Store.
Lending itself to an extraordinary range of experiences, adapting to suit the tone of any social setting. This versatile event space provides the perfect backdrop, requiring little-to-no dressing to set the scene.
The historic fish hall exudes character and authenticity. A sky light floods the space with natural light and ornate, period detail curates a unique, memorable backdrop for any gathering.

When is the space bookable?
Our event space is available for bookings seven days a week, from 7 am until late.
What is included in the venue hire?
• Exclusive hire of the event space itself
• An experienced event team to help design and deliver your event to the highest standard
• On-site concierge assistance on the day
• In-house AV: Wi-Fi, screen share through Wi-Fi or cable to projector or on a large TV screen and clicker for presentation
Do you offer charity rates?
We offer a 15% venue hire discount for UK Registered Charities.
Do you have a loading bay?
There is no assigned loading bay directly outside the building. You can load and unload any necessary deliveries via the main access door/concierge.
Is there parking nearby?
There is Victoria Car Park nearby. Victoria, Greencoat Place is within the London Congestion Change zone. An alternative option would be to use https://www.justpark.com/.
Can you accept deliveries ahead of the event date?
We can accept small deliveries prior to the event if it is pre-arranged with a member of the Fora events team. Any items delivered must be collected within 24 hours after the event. Any deliveries outside of this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Is the space fully accessible?
The space is located on the ground floor. There is a platform lift at the main entrance as there are some stairs. Bathrooms are accessible on the same floor.
What are the lift dimensions?
The event space is located on the Ground Flood. There is a platform lift that can be used for any deliveries. The lift is the following dimensions:
• Depth 119cm
• Width 91cm
Can you offer food and drinks packages along with the venue hire?
We have a preferred catering company that can provide a wonderful selection of food and drinks; from bowl food and canapes, to breakfast spreads and afternoon teas. You are welcome to use a different catering company or organise your own food and drinks (additional charges may apply).
