Fora creates beautiful, professional, flexible work spaces. Our first location is now open in Central Street, Clerkenwell, and several more sites across London will begin welcoming residents over the next two years. As we grow, so does our team.
The Office Administrator is a support role, working with the Head Office management team.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience of working in office administration, a positive outlook, warm disposition and smart presentation. They will be a whizz in Office, Outlook and Excel, have excellent writing skills, speak English fluently and have a good telephone manner.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Diary management of some team members, especially Sales
- Email / telephone communication
- Welcoming guests
- Booking meeting rooms
- Updating sales pipeline
- Expense management for COO
- Back up support for CEO & COO’s PA
Initially based at our office in Clerkenwell, the entire team at Fora (including the Office Administrator) will move to each new location as each one opens, so some flexibility about location within Central London is required.
