When is the space bookable?
Our event space is available for bookings seven days a week, from 7 am until late.
What is included in the venue hire?
• Exclusive hire of the event space itself
• An experienced event team to help design and deliver your event to the highest standard
• On-site concierge assistance on the day
• In-house AV: Wi-Fi, screen share through Wi-Fi or cable to projector or on a large TV screen, clicker for presentation, in-house audio or speakers, handheld microphones
Do you offer charity rates?
We offer a 15% venue hire discount for UK Registered Charities.
Do you have a loading bay?
There is no assigned loading bay directly outside the building. You can load and unload any necessary deliveries via the main access door/concierge.
Is there parking nearby?
There is paid on-street parking in the surrounding streets. Please note that Broadwick Street is inside the London Congestion Charge Zone. An alternative option would be to use https://www.justpark.com/.
Can you accept deliveries ahead of the event date?
We can accept small deliveries prior to the event if it is pre-arranged with a member of the Fora events team. Any items delivered must be collected within 24 hours after the event. Any deliveries outside of this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Is the space fully accessible?
There are two lifts allowing access to the lower ground floor event space, alongside accessible toilets located on the same floor.
What are the lift dimensions?
The lift is the following dimensions:
• Lift door: 195cm x 76 cm,
• Floor inside: 140cm x 130cm
Can you offer food and drinks packages along with the venue hire?
We have a preferred catering company that can provide a wonderful selection of food and drinks; from bowl food and canapes, to breakfast spreads and afternoon teas. You are welcome to use a different catering company or organise your own food and drinks (additional charges may apply).
