Can I work from any of the workspaces in the Fora collection?

Fora Office, Fora Owned and Fora Roam members have access to our full collection. Simply sign in at reception during business hours to access communal areas and amenities within the workspace. There are a few buildings where you’ll need to give 24 hours’ notice for security reasons, and a very small number that are either private workspaces or have limited amenities and are therefore not accessible with a Fora membership.

Can I use all the amenities in Fora workspaces?

Fora Office, Fora Owned and Fora Roam members have access to all amenities in our workspaces including Restore gyms and studios, cafés, Members’ Bars and communal working areas. If the location you work in doesn’t have the amenities you need, there will be another workspace located nearby that does.

When can I access the building I work in?

If you have a Fora Office, Fora Owned or Fora Roam membership you can access your workspace 24/7 and our team are on-site to support you during business hours from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).

How do I book a meeting room?

Please call us on +44 20 3923 7090 to book a meeting room. If you are an existing member, please speak to your building team who will arrange and confirm your booking. If you are a Fora Office or Fora Owned member, we will take payment by direct debit along with your monthly service fee invoice. If you are a Fora Roam member you will pay for the booking upfront. If you are a Fora Virtual member, you are only able to book meeting rooms if you pay for your membership via direct debit.

Are there gyms in Fora workspaces?

Yes, we have a number of gyms and studios as part of our wellness offering, Restore. Fora members have access to over 200 complimentary fitness classes a month and access to complimentary ‘open gym’ sessions. If you are an existing member, please download the Restore at Fora app to book a session or class.

Am I able to invite guests to the space I work in?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring up to two guests into the shared lounge areas for two hours. Your guests will need to sign in and out at reception every time they enter or leave. If you bring more than four guests, we encourage you to book a meeting room.

As a Fora Virtual member, do I have the option to work from one of your buildings?

Yes, you can purchase a £45 Day Pass to get access to a coworking area in one of our workspaces.

Can I bring my dog to a Fora workspace?

Please speak to the building team in your workspace to find out if dogs are allowed in your building. If you do bring your dog, please clean up after it and make sure it doesn’t disturb other members. Please also keep your dog on a lead in communal areas.
