3. Secure your booking with payment

Once you've received your booking link, payment must be made within 24 hours to secure your space. Cancellations made at least seven working days before your booking date are fully refundable but cancellations within that window are non-refundable.

4. Order catering (optional)

A catering menu is included with your proposal and booking confirmation, offering breakfast, lunch and snacking options. Submit your order by email to the meeting room sales team no later than 72 hours before your booking. Tea, coffee and biscuits can also be ordered on the day, though these may take up to 20 minutes to set up.

5. Share a guest list if required

For bookings at select buildings, including 24/25 The Shard, One Canada Square, Orion House, The Bloomsbury Building and White Collar Factory, you'll need to share a guest list with the team in advance so your visitors can be signed in on the day.

6. Arrive and set up

On arrival, sign in at reception and the Member Experience team will take you and your guests to your room.
