What's Aim Agency’s elevator pitch?

Aim Agency is a boutique public relations firm working with CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs and brands to tell their stories, amplify their reach and build authority that leaves a lasting legacy.

Most underrated platform or tactic for building authority right now?

Going offline. In an age dominated by AI and constant digital noise, real authority is built through meaningful, in-person connections. The relationships that truly matter are formed in rooms, not just on screens.

A ritual that keeps you grounded?

Swimming and sauna sessions; they’re non-negotiable. It’s also when my best ideas tend to come.

What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?

I’m dyslexic- which isn’t the most obvious background for someone running a communications agency. But I see neurodivergence as a real asset. Dyslexia has helped me think creatively, see the bigger picture and lead with empathy. As a founder, that perspective is invaluable. It’s shaped how I build culture and create a workspace where people feel included and genuinely want to show up.

Who has been your biggest source of inspiration?

I’m lucky to work closely with incredible founders and leaders, helping shape their thought leadership. My clients are my biggest inspiration. Seeing how they manage their time, make decisions and consistently show up at the top of their game is incredibly motivating. I feel fortunate to learn from them up close.

What’s a small habit that’s made a big difference in your career?

Networking with purpose. Being genuinely interested in people. Regular check-ins with my team, clients and friends. Building a wide, strong community rooted in real connection has made all the difference.

How has your definition of success evolved over time?

It’s become less about numbers and more about working smarter and fostering an environment where people genuinely want to show up. Spaces like Fora really enable that - creating the kind of atmosphere that supports collaboration, creativity and ambition.

What do you enjoy most about working from Montacute Yards?

There’s a great energy here. It’s a place I want to come to, and one my team enjoys coming to each day. The atmosphere - and the other creatives working around us- make it special.
