Hollow Rocks gives you the chance to rediscover the joy of sport — no pressure, just fun. Try a range of sports in a relaxed and social environment.

This session: Football ⚽

Whether you’ve never played before, it’s been years since school or you’re a regular at your local pitch, come and give it a go!

Classes are mixed and streamed by level, so everyone feels comfortable.

Class structure:

• Warm-up: fun games to get everyone moving
• Sports drills: learn key skills — footwork, passing, accuracy, and more
• Mini-game: put your new skills into action!
• Prizes & cool down

Please note: this event takes place at Shoreditch Park Hall and pitches and not at a Fora location.

We kindly ask for a £10 deposit to secure your spot – you’ll receive a refund when you attend, or if you cancel your ticket at least 2 days before the event takes place. If not, your deposit will be donated to our charity partner Magic Breakfast, helping provide nutritious food to children who need it most. So, it’s win-win – join us for a rejuvenating session or contribute to a good cause.
