Designed for all levels, this class focuses on movement, rhythm, and enjoyment. Expect an easy-to-follow format, good music, and a chance to switch off, move your body, and reset your energy during the week!

This workshop will take place on the 8th floor in 8.01/8.02. To access One Canada Square, guests will be registered at the main reception and will need to collect a QR code to access the Fora floors. We suggest bringing a proof of identification to streamline sign in.

We kindly ask for a £10 deposit to secure your spot – you’ll receive a refund when you attend, or if you cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before the event takes place. If not, your deposit will be donated to one of our charity partners, so, it’s win-win!
