Book a 5-minute slot at a time that suits you and get ready to strike a pose! You’ll be able to choose from a lifestyle background or plain white background and will receive one complimentary professionally edited headshot, with extra images available for purchase on the day.

Please note that images will be delivered via a shared group link. As a result, your images will be visible to other participants from your days session. You will need to locate and download your own images from the shared gallery which will take approx. four weeks to be shared.

How to prepare for your session:

• Make sure your clothes are clean and ironed.

• Arrive for your photo slot 5 minutes early.

• Please ensure that your hair and makeup are complete prior to arriving at your slot.

• Please either have fresh nail varnish applied or bare nails.

• If you choose to have a white background and you’re wearing a white shirt, please wear a jumper or blazer over the top to create contrast.

• Bring your best self and relax!

Sophia Vrahimi is a London-based photographer who specialises in luxury brand photography and events. With a passion for brand photography, Sophia understands the importance of a professional headshot and the difference it can make when building your corporate online profile.

We kindly ask for a £10 deposit to secure your spot – you’ll receive a refund when you attend, or if you cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before the event takes place. If not, your deposit will be donated to one of our charity partners, so, it’s win-win!
