Debbie Wosskow OBE Debbie is a multi-exit entrepreneur, investor and co-founder of The Better Menopause. After experiencing the impact of hormonal disruption firsthand, she set out to build a science-led brand focused on improving women’s health through expert education and evidence-based supplementation.

Joanna Lyall Joanna is a registered Nutritional Therapist and Head of Nutrition at The Better Menopause. She specialises in hormone health, gut health and metabolic resilience, translating complex science into practical strategies that support energy, immunity and long-term wellbeing.
