In our featured series for International Women's day, join us and Shahroo Izadi at the Red Conversation & Cocktails Club!

Join us with Red Magazine for a relaxed, thought-provoking evening with behavioural change expert Shahroo Izadi, in conversation with Red health editor Brigid Moss. Together, they’ll explore how our habits are formed, why they’re so hard to shift, and how a compassionate approach can transform the way we eat, think and live.

On the night, you'll recieve a curated Red goodie bag and a complimentary copy of Shahroo’s latest book, How Diets Make Us Fat.

We kindly ask for a £10 deposit to secure your spot – you’ll receive a refund when you attend, or if you cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before the event takes place. If not, your deposit will be donated to one of our charity partners, so, it’s win-win!

SHAHROO IZADI

Shahroo Izadi is a behavioural change specialist, bestselling author and creator of The Kindness Method. Speaking, coaching, training and consultancy clients include Google, Meta, Amazon, JP Morgan, HSBC, KPMG and Warner Music, alongside eight years as Relapse Prevention Lead at Amy Winehouse Foundation's Amy's Place.

Following postgraduate studies in psychology, the evidence-based strategies underpinning this work were shaped whilst training and working across clinical addiction treatment settings in the NHS, criminal justice and social care sectors. The Kindness Method was first piloted at the School of Life, leading to a faculty invitation and a founding role in its B2B team, and has since been refined through more than 10,000 hours of private coaching and corporate training.

The Kindness Method (Macmillan), serialised by The Times, was described by Steven Bartlett as "a powerful way to break even the most stubborn bad habit", with the Diary of a CEO episode discussing the book reaching 1.5 million views. Broadcast appearances include Deliciously Ella, Mo Gawdat (former Chief Business Officer of Google), BMJ and BBC Radio. Women's Health has called Shahroo "Britain's answer to Brené Brown". Recent work includes a 2025 Mindvalley University Summit keynote, joining the board of UN Foundation charity Girl Up, and a two-book international deal with Bonnier. The fourth book is due in 2026.
