About the class.

Circuit training is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.


The team at are qualified Level 2 & 3 personal trainers that bio-mechanically assess every individual to gauge what structural imbalances are present and take time to understand individual client needs.
