A total body workout with Fora's Head PT, Myles

A fun and invigorating lunch-time class via Zoom that will leave you feeling motivated and energised.

What is the class?

This total body workout will focus on cardiovascular and bodyweight strength-based exercises, designed to help you maintain your fitness and strength, as well as provide a reprieve from work during a busy day!

What do you need?

You’ll need to clear some free space around you to perform the workout. We also advise you have a mat/towel on hand which will be used for floor exercises and a bottle of water so you can stay hydrated.

About Myles

Myles is a qualified Level 2 & 3 personal trainer and lifestyle coach. Myles bio-mechanically assesses every individual to gauge what structural imbalances are present as well as taking time to understand individual client needs. He then designs a bespoke program that will enable his clients to become fitter, stronger and healthier. Myles focuses on the functional side of training and the main 6 functional patterns: squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, unilateral and core stability, believing that a program designed around these enables your body to thrive through what it undergoes in day-to-day life.

Myles' ethos is centered around the belief that fitness is a lifestyle, not a short-term fix. He is passionate about helping individuals better themselves and achieve their goals in a fun and enjoyable environment.

ABOUT DAN:Dan has worked in the drinks industry his whole career, with over 10 years of experience developing drinks and menus for some of London and Europe’s top bars and restaurants. Dan joined Bill’s in 2018 and took up the role of Bar Development Manager where he developed the beverage offering at all restaurants across the group. He also launched the first ever ‘Mindful Drinking’ menu for Bills, featuring drinks including CBD, Kombucha and other health drinks- a first for any restaurant group. Prior to Bills, Dan was Bar Operations Manager at Coppa Club and Head of Bars for Francesco Mazzei at L’Anima and L’Anima Cafe. In a world driven by hyper consumerism, can it benefit our happiness and state of mind to engage with a more considered and conscious approach to living?Join Jemma from Stories Behind Things as she examines this link alongside Andrew Russell (European Climate) Victoria Prew (Hurr Collective) Bronwyn Seier (Fashion Revolution).ABOUT STORIES BEHIND THINGS:Stories Behind Things is a purpose-driven platform that empowers and celebrates mindful ways of consuming, positive activism and ways to live in line with your values. They do this through their online storytelling content and offline events for their fast-growing community including hosting clothes switches and ethical marketplaces. ABOUT ANTHONY RUSSELL:Anthony works at the European Climate Foundation, a network of over 280 partner organisations working to tackle climate change. He studied Geography and organised sustainability-themed events for university students, such as film screenings and bicycle repair workshops. He then went to work at the RSPB, visiting primary schools across London and teaching children about nature. This was a chance to foster the inherent interest in nature children hold, for teachers to take a breath of fresh air, and for children to understand how time outdoors helped them to think and feel.ABOUT VICTORIA PREW:Victoria Prew is the co-founder and CEO of HURR Collective, the UK’s first peer-to-peer wardrobe rental platform.
