This will be a fun session will using hula hoops, yoga and fruit to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Yoga Circus is a fun and challenging hybrid activity for all ages developed during lockdown by Walthamstow based artist Layla Rosa as an offer for her aerial circus students who were no longer able to train. This will be a fun session will using hula hoops, yoga and fruit to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. ABOUT LAYLA:Layla has created circus and theatre work for over 25 years, she is a co founder of the pioneering performance collective Shunt, founder of the Walthamstow Youth Circus and educator at the National Centre for circus artist.
