A guided bao making session where you’ll shape pillowy steamed buns and craft flavourful fillings from simple, hands‑on techniques

Chef Y.E. is a foodie and a Le Cordon Bleu Paris–trained chef. Born and raised in Malaysia, she has lived in Singapore, the United States, New Zealand, and France before moving to the UK in 2019. Her menu reflects a fusion of her Southeast Asian and Chinese roots with her French culinary training.

She will teach the authentic way of making bao. Together, you’ll make the dough, learn folding techniques, and steam the bao.


We kindly ask for a £10 deposit to secure your spot – you’ll receive a refund when you attend, or if you cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before the event takes place. If not, your deposit will be donated to one of our charity partners, so, it’s win-win!
