Join Self Space online and take 'action' this Mental Health Awareness Month

This workshop isn’t about abstract advice, forgotten yoga poses, or generic “just breathe” reminders. It’s a practical, hands-on session designed to give you real tools to notice, understand, and support your mental health in the moment. Helping you to navigate life’s tricky times before they escalate.

We’ll show up with our therapist toolkit tucked underneath our arm, to show you how to navigate your nervous system, how to engage in proactive wellbeing, how to notice the signs that you’re sliding, and give you a robust experience of practical exercises.

Attendees will leave with their own wellbeing first aid kit, with an increased ability to recognise and respond to their own stress signals. Because Mental Health Awareness Week is only meaningful, if its actually raising awareness for people.

With ‘Action” being the theme for Mental Health Awareness Week, we’ll be focusing on what it means to take action for ourselves, and equally, what gets in the way.

Come as you. We're looking forward to sharing a bit of space with you.
