AI is already inside most organisations, used daily, often invisibly, often without guidance. This thought leadership session brings together senior leaders from Fora's community to talk honestly about what AI is actually doing to culture, trust and the employee experience, and what it means to lead through this transition deliberately rather than reactively.

Led by Fauna, an employee experience agency, the session opens with a keynote grounded in real client work, followed by a facilitated panel of leaders navigating different stages of AI adoption, and closes with an open Q&A. Expect a rich, honest, peer-to-peer conversation, not a tech briefing.
