Join rugby legend James Haskell for an inspiring evening of stories, resilience and high performance.

Over a career at the very top of professional rugby, James earned more than 75 caps for England and toured with the British & Irish Lions. Since hanging up his boots, he has reinvented himself many times over, as a broadcaster, podcaster, author and mixed martial artist, bringing the same drive and appetite for a challenge to everything he does.

In this candid conversation, James will talk about what it really takes to perform under pressure, the habits and mindset that carried him through elite sport, and the very human side of life after it: finding a new sense of purpose when the thing you've always done comes to an end. Expect straight-talking stories, plenty of humour and ideas you can take back into your own working life.

There'll be time for questions from the audience, and drinks from 17:30, so arrive early, grab a seat and settle in.
