What is the class?
Hot Pilates uses movements against resistance to strengthen and tone the body while promoting efficient use of movement through greater alignment and focus. As in yoga, the breath is incorporated to elongate and deepen the physical movements and strengthen the mind body connection. Be prepared to sweat. Be prepared to work. Set to music.

Whilst working as a dancer my life revolved around this wonderful freeing movement which at the same time was so disciplined. These strong, strict yet graceful qualities can also be found also in Pilates, therefore when the time came to retrain on the mat it felt natural and destined and so my love for movement continued.
I’m always in awe of how amazing our bodies are and what we can achieve. In my classes expect to build strength, explore mobility and find that core connection enabling a lifetime of all the different activities you love. As a strong believer that exercise really can give you that `feel good` feeling, the hardest part is showing up, the rest is history!
