We’re here to answer any questions
We've compiled some FAQs to help you transition to the new world of work at Fora, however if you have any further questions, please contact your Member Experience team.
1. Why have you changed your name to Fora?
In 2022, the Fora and TOG brands merged to form The Office Group, uniting our two brands under one name. To give you the full benefits of our entire collection of workspaces, we’re now focusing on one single brand, Fora, operating under parent company, The Office Group. You’ll still enjoy the same great service your used to from your building team, but with even more benefits and perks as part of Fora.
2. Will access to my home building change?
No, you’ll still have 24/7 access to your home building. Out-of-hours, be sure to carry your access card. Should you require assistance accessing your home building out-of-hours, please call 0203 4570 900.
3. Are there plans to introduce new Fora access cards?
Yes, but hold on to your current access card. We’ll be introducing new access cards from early 2024 onwards.
4. How do I access new buildings across the Fora collection?
Simply sign in at the Member Experience desk to access the communal areas and amenities at non-home buildings. Arrive between 8.30am-5.30pm to pick up your visiting access card. No need to rush off at 5.30pm, you’re free to stay until 9pm. Our Member Experience teams will be on-site to assist during business hours.
5. Is it possible to access all Fora buildings?
There are a few buildings where, for security reasons, you’ll need to give 24 hours’ notice prior to your visit. There are also a very small number of buildings that are either private workspaces or have limited amenities and are therefore not accessible. For more information on specific building access requirements, please ask your Member Experience team.
6. Will the wifi network and password change?
From 22nd December, the wifi network and password will change to enable a consistent experience across the Fora collection. You’ll receive multiple reminders ahead of this change to ensure you and your team are ready to make the switch and new wifi cards will also be on display in your workspace as a reminder. If you require any help moving your devices over to the new network or have any problems connecting on the day, please reach out to your Member Experience team who will be happy to help with any initial troubleshooting and can escalate to the Fora IT team if necessary. When visiting a Fora workspace aside from your home building, you may be required to re-enter the password, but rest assured, this password will be the same across the collection. Our new network is called FORA and our new password will be ExtraOrdinary!
7. What’s a Fora ‘neighbourhood’?
As part of your membership, you’ll have access to all the amenities and communal working areas in over 60 workspaces across our collection. To help you make the most of your home location, we’ve also curated our workspaces into neighbourhoods. In each neighbourhood, we showcase the best features that are only a short walk away from your home building, from fully equipped gyms and fitness studios to roof terraces and event venues. If your home building is in a UK city, all of our workspaces are conveniently located close to train stations with direct services to London’s mainline stations. Meaning you can make the most of the amenities in your counterpart neighbourhood whenever you journey into the capital.
8. Which Fora neighbourhood am I in?
Look out for an email from your building’s General Manager, which will tell you the neighbourhood your building is in. Alternatively, talk to your building’s Member Experience team.
9. How do I book meeting rooms?
Please follow the current process to book meeting rooms in your home building, and if you want to book a meeting room in any of our other workspaces, simply email your Member Experience team who will be happy to assist.
10. Will I find tea, coffee and snacks in all meeting rooms across the collection?
Tea, coffee and snacks will be available in all boardrooms with capacity for 12 or more people. All other meeting rooms have access to our fully stocked kitchens or refreshment points. Here, you and your guests can enjoy our Caravan coffee signature house blend from bean-to-cup machines, as well as Pukka teas, milk and milk alternatives, and an exciting selection of snacks. Should you require additional catering options for your meeting, please reach out to your Member Experience team.
11. What food and drinks are available in the communal kitchens?
Complimentary snacks, teas and coffees are ready for you in our communal kitchens.
